EPSON Print head
- 2~4pcs * Epson F1080(Standard)/ Epson I3200 Optional EPSON head made for printingm stable and high-speed production.
Negative Ink supply system
- The intelligent two-way Negative Pressure Ink Supply System, 500ml large ink tank, three-layer ink filtration,full automatic ink temperature control system,and real-time LCD display Ink shortage alarm system.
Dual ink temperature control
- The ink viscosity will affect printing quality under different temperature.
- Giftec 6090 UV printer with the intelligent ink temperature device from both ink bottles & printhead plate, to make sure the ink fluency and printing stability even in cold weather.
Dual UV lamp
- Two groups of independently switched leduv air-cooled lamps can independently adjust the light power of white color varnish to ensure the printing effect of different inks.
Print head protection

Teflon Aluminum vaccum flatbed
- Thickened 3.5cm Vaccum adsorption flatbed, more stable during printing, fix the soft substrates such as leather, uvdtf film on the flatbed, prevent the products from scratching the printheads.
Cylinder printing system
- With motor rotary device to print bottles/ candles/ cans in 360 degree, can print flat or cylindrical substrates freely (optional).
X-axis
- X-axis adopts high-strength silent guide rail with strong bearing capacity, high precision and smooth printing.
- With Anti-collision rubber at both sides.
- Patented function of flying ink absorbing device, keep the image clean during printing.
Y-axis
- Y-axis adopts high-strength silent double guide rail + C5 high accuracy ball screw for strong bearing capacity.
- Compared with belt bearing, the printing is smoother, higher accuracy and machine is much more durable.
Z-axis
- The z-axis adopts servo motor + reducer for lifting and lowering, which saves energy and effectively reduces the load inertia of the motor.
